California Residents will be charged the sales tax rate for Orange County of 7.75%. If you are a California resident with a valid resale license, please contact us or call us at (800) 388-8575 to place your order and to receive a “wholesaler” login and password.
There is no “minimum” order requirement at Cranberry Quiltworks. From needles and notions to Gammill long-arm quilting machines, we aim to please our customers with friendly and knowledgeable service and prompt delivery.
All orders of quilting supplies from Cranberry Quiltworks are shipped UPS and have tracking codes. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, the location we are shipping to, and the level of service you choose.
We offer three shipping options.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground is our most cost-effective option. It provides guaranteed, date-scheduled, delivery to commercial and residential addresses.
Shipping time: 1-5 days to US locations
UPS 2nd Day Air
Second Day Air guarantees delivery by the end of the second business day. You may want to select this when you need a rush but have the flexibility to allow an extra day.
Shipping time: 2 days to US locations (some limitations in Hawaii and Alaska)
UPS Next Day Air Saver
Next Day Air guarantees next-day service by end of day
Shipping time: 1 day to US locations (limitations in Hawaii and Alaska)
All orders MUST be received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time to be shipped the same day as the order. Orders received after 2:00 PM Monday - Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Friday will ship on Monday.
Our secure shopping cart will automatically add UPS shipping charges US destinations. For orders to be shipped outside the US, please contact us at (800) 388-8575 for international shipping charges.
Batting is delivered by ground shipping only, and will incur special shipping and handling charges.
Any unused products that are in their unopened packaging and in their original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Customers are required to pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive notice of their credit with via E-mail.
Patterns, books, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will promptly reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.
All merchandise purchased online and returned for exchange or replacement must be accompanied by:

- customer's phone number
- customer's shipping address
